Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We accept bulk, gifting, and corporate orders.

Shipping and Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days depending on your location
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order ships.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,499 (inclusive of all taxes).
For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply — displayed during checkout.

What is your return policy?
We have a 1-day return policy for eligible orders.
Because our snacks are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, and an unboxing video is mandatory.
Customers pay a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.

How will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or your bank account (for COD).
Processing time: 8–15 business days after the return is approved.
