We take pride in delivering fresh, vacuum-cooked snacks quickly and safely to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Our products are shipped from Bhusawal, Maharashtra and delivered nationwide through trusted courier partners, including:

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

During high-demand periods (such as Diwali or promotional sales), processing may take a little longer.
3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
You can also check your order status at any time using the tracking link provided on our website.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499 (inclusive of all taxes).

For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost but may require order verification over a phone call before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking number and courier name via email and SMS.

You can track your shipment through the respective courier’s website or via the “Track Your Order” page on www.amrutpro.com.

6. Delays and Non-Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or high-demand periods) may occasionally affect shipment times.
Amrutpro will not be held liable for delays beyond our control but will always assist in resolving delivery-related issues.
If your package is delayed or undelivered for more than 10 days beyond the expected date, please contact our support team for help.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the package.
We’ll investigate and take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
