Thank you for shopping with Amrutpro. We take pride in delivering high-quality, vacuum-cooked snacks made with care and hygiene.
Because our products are perishable, we have a limited return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.
Return Window
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 1 day after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be wrongly delivered or damaged during transit.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue.

The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

You’ll need the order receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Opened, partially consumed, or used food products

Orders placed without an unboxing video

Products returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at amrutpro.organic@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88713 43168 within 1 day of delivery.
If your request is accepted:

You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us with the unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for wrongly delivered or damaged products.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement product to you. No exchanges are allowed for taste preferences or general dissatisfaction.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed:

To your original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

To your bank account (for COD orders)
Refunds typically take 8–15 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are perishable snacks, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
We also do not accept returns on:
